Once you have made all acquisition payments and the facility has been settled, we transfer ownership of the property to you.

    No. UBL UK is not a member of the Help To Buy scheme, and we cannot offer Islamic Home Purchase Plans for Shared Ownership, or Help to Buy Schemes.

    The minimum finance amount is £75,000
